The 2025 Annual Conference of the Underground Pipeline Professional Committee of the China Society of Surveying and Mapping will be grandly held in Chengdu, focusing on pipeline network renovation and digital innovation. Experts from multiple fields discuss the new future of urban renewal and underground pipeline management.

Background and theme of the meeting

In order to implement the national strategic deployment, summarize and exchange the annual technical progress and management experience in the field of underground pipelines, and promote the in-depth integration of urban renewal and pipeline digital innovation, after research and decision, the Special Committee will hold the "2025 Annual Conference of the Underground Pipeline Professional Committee of the China Society of Surveying and Mapping" in Chengdu on November 26-27, 2025. The theme is "Pipeline Network Renovation - Digital Empowerment for Urban Renewal", and exchanges will be conducted on different topics.

At present, the preparations for the conference have been completed. Leaders and pipeline engineering technicians from units and departments such as natural resources, planning management, municipal construction, urban construction archives, surveying and mapping, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and water conservancy, gas and heat, petrochemicals, power, and communication are welcome to attend the conference for exchange and discussion, and jointly promote the improvement of underground pipeline (space) management and technical levels.
