Why use seamless steel tube aluminizing
Rolling furnace, forging furnace, heat treatment furnace and other non-ferrous metals, chemical industry, refractory materials, glass and other industrial furnaces, exhaust gas temperature is very high. It takes away a lot of heat and causes fuel waste. In order to make full use of the waste heat, a heat exchanger is usually placed in the flue. Using the heat of these high temperature waste gases to preheat the air and gas to the appropriate temperature in order to save fuel and increase the theoretical combustion temperature.
The tube heat exchanger has the advantages of single tube, good air tightness and small volume, etc. It is by far the most widely used. Steel tube heat exchanger is generally made of seamless steel tube with wall thickness of 3~5mm and diameter of 15 ~ 100mm. Because the wall of seamless steel tube is thin, its oxidation resistance determines its service life. Generally speaking, the ordinary low carbon steel pipe heat exchanger can be lower than 600 ℃ below use for a long time. If the temperature higher than 600 ℃, the material of steel pipe heat exchanger should be chose stainless steel or heat-resistant steel tube. Because the price of Cr stainless steel, Ni-Cr stainless steel tube is 10 ~ 15 times that of ordinary low carbon steel tube, the cost of heat exchanger made of such expensive tube is too high, and the value of waste heat recovery cannot compensate the value of heat exchanger. Therefore, the problem of replacing stainless or heat-resistant steel tubes with ordinary low-carbon seamless steel tubes by aluminizing is put forward.
