Hot rolled seamless steel pipe: Hot rolling is the opposite of cold rolling, which is rolling below the recrystallization temperature, while hot rolling is rolling above the recrystallization temperature. Hot rolling can destroy the cast structure of ingot, refine the grain of steel and eliminate the defects of microstructure, so as to make the steel structure compactness and improve the mechanical properties. The improvement is mainly reflected in the rolling direction so that the steel is no longer isotropic to some extent. Bubbles, cracks and looseness formed during pouring can also be welded under high temperature and pressure.
Hot-rolled seamless steel tube can be divided into general steel tube, low and medium pressure boiler steel tube, high pressure boiler steel tube, alloy seamless steel pipes, stainless steel tube, petroleum cracking tube, geological steel tube and other steel tube.
