Insulation Specialist - Black Jacket Insulation Pipe

Black jacket insulation pipe includes spiral steel pipe, straight seam steel pipe and seamless steel pipe. The outer layer of black polyethylene material is called black jacket insulation pipe. The rigid polyurethane foam is injected into the cavity formed between the steel pipe and the outer protective layer by high-pressure foaming machine, and then the surface of the steel pipe is treated with polyethylene to form the outer protective layer.
Polyethylene shell directly buried thermal insulation pipe, high density polyethylene thermal insulation pipe, directly buried prefabricated thermal insulation pipe, by conveying medium steel pipe, polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer and high density polyene casing closely combined. Direct buried insulation pipe is mainly used for urban central heating pipe network, oil transmission pipeline, water pipelines in alpine areas and industrial pipeline projects in producing areas. Because polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer is closely bonded to the steel tube skin, isolated from the infiltration of air and water, can play a good role in anticorrosion. At the same time its foaming holes are closed, water absorption is very small. HDPE shell and FRP shell have good corrosion resistance, insulation and mechanical properties.
